Disappointing Experience at Burger King (Anchovale Village Branch) How is waiting 37 minutes considered fast food? This is completely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on quick service. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and insufficiently trained to handle the rush. Worse, there was no proper communication to manage customer expectations. Instead of informing us upfront about delays or possible alternatives, they left us waiting with no updates. To make matters worse, they swapped our French fries for onion rings without asking. A simple courtesy of checking with us first would have been the right thing to do. Instead, they assumed we’d be fine with it. It’s a busy Saturday, and it seems like Burger King wasn’t prepared to handle the crowd. Management seriously needs to review staffing levels, improve service efficiency, and train employees on customer communication. Would I come back? Probably not unless things improve.
