Came down to this shop at 5.15pm and was told that my phone will be fixed within one hour to one hour plus
Understand that waiting time might be subjected to other walk-in customers but I didn't expect to wait for four hours just to be told that my phone cannot be collected on the day itself.
Appreciate if there was a better estimation for the waiting time or even include buffer waiting time in the future.
This is unacceptable.

i was first served by Jingwen online and my first instance were how she is so efficient and quick to respond. She answer all my questions so efficiently that i ran out of questions very quickly and all i need was directly organised fuss free! My compliment to Jingwen.
