i was first served by Jingwen online and my first instance were how she is so efficient and quick to respond. She answer all my questions so efficiently that i ran out of questions very quickly and all i need was directly organised fuss free! My compliment to Jingwen. Then i went to the shop at sengkang for my appointment and met Nelson at the shop and gosh he was patient. dont worru he is not like the normal phone guy. He is paitient and polite, Know his stuff and most important u know he wants to help. I went again second day he still so willing to help. Thank You Nelson. i give my full compliment to Nelson and again Jingwen. i am the one that bought the 3x Pro 5G. To the compamy i sent my compliment and endorsement that you are doing so well and i appreciates. I will continue to suppoet the good efforts of all of u and recommend to others positively. Great service and friendly shop staff. Many thanks to Jimmy, Edmund and Nelson for their patience and help with the phone accessories & screen protectors. Also thanks to Jingwen also for coordinating the transfer of phone from another outlet promptly within the end of day. So allowing for collection next day.

Edmund recommended my mum to get a phone with better specs at a cheaper price than what my mum had chosen at first. Thanks a lot as my mum is happy to get something better in value! The service is also fast. Recommended to get new hp here.

First time using their repair service for my Flip 4 due to the main flex issue. Nelson was friendly and explain to me the issue and the technician, Edmund did a good job replacing the part and now my phone is functioning properly properly again. Good job well done.

Checked on availability via website for battery replace for my iphone6s and requested for next day. Fast availability and customer service at branch was friendly and explained on warranty for battery replacement! Good service!

Came down to this shop at 5.15pm and was told that my phone will be fixed within one hour to one hour plus Understand that waiting time might be subjected to other walk-in customers but I didn't expect to wait for four hours just to be told that my phone cannot be collected on the day itself. Appreciate if there was a better estimation for the waiting time or even include buffer waiting time in the future. This is unacceptable.
