Grab app updated food "ready for collection" 30 mins ahead of actual readiness.
Everyone is crowding at the collection point but in reality, nobody's order is ready.
Can totally understand the frustration of all the delivery riders.
Fortunately the food still taste nice and hot when we reach home after the messy pick up.

Had ordered on Grab from this outlet, (2x Chicken Joy Bucket & 3x Spaghetti Platter), but they totally forgot about the Spaghetti Platter. Called this outlet multiple times but no reply and had also submitted the form on Grab as I already paid for the whole order, but took awhile.
I had asked someone to go down to this outlet to check and see if they can do anything, but apparently they were very rude and unapologetic. Not really sure how you can forget, not just 1 small item but, 3 Spaghetti Platters.

Collection System: Implementing a collection-by-number screen could be a great solution. This would allow customers to see when their order is ready without needing to crowd around the counter. It would reduce confusion and create a more organized and less stressful environment.
Staff Coordination: Ensure orders are prepared in the sequence they were placed to avoid the perception that later orders are being prioritized.
The current system, especially during evenings and weekends, seems to be causing unnecessary frustration among customers. I believe these adjustments will not only improve the workflow but also enhance customer satisfaction.

Poor service. Waste my time. What a mess with people flocking the entire counter and no queue number visible etc.
Rude staff. Asked 3 times on where is my order and i got ignored. End up my order is missed and i waited for 1 hr 10 min. No apology whatsoever. Missing drink too.

Ordered for self pick up to pick up at 7pm on 18 May. I informed staff, staff probably too afraid to approach the packing person. Packing person in hijab packed so many with pick timings before mine. She packed more than 10 orders after 7pm pick up timing instead of packing mine. Nvm, I am very patient so I waited. She knew I was watching her pack but she didn't have sense of urgency to attend to customers. She gave reason my order was original flavour so will be late. Then she haphazardly packed a box of already cold chicken. Why do I have to wait so long for self collecting cold chicken? Frankly I don't mind waiting, but the attitude and manners is lacking. And this is probably the 3rd time this has happened that I'm being pushed pack at this outlet, maybe for original option. So I'm leaving a review. What is up with precooking chicken then letting it go cold? I don't know what this outlet needs to do, maybe change their management or packing system or just the packing person to a more sincere person and who packs chronologically, fresh chicken instead of pre boxed waiting at counter.

Please be cautious when ordering through Grab. Almost every time, one or two items are missing. Today, I ordered lunch and my spaghetti was missing and Grab only refunded me $3. This isn’t the first time, and it’s always the same store causing problems. They clearly don’t pack the food properly or bother to double-check orders. It seems like there’s a serious lack of discipline and oversight among the staff at this outlet. Very disappointing.

Waited 1 hour for delivery, ordered for 2 person but only came one set. Blind or too relax to care for customer? I can’t believe for a takeaway kiosk can’t even do the job properly. I tried calling, nobody picked up. Disappointing!

The so called deluxe beef burger (single patty @$4.60!) I ordered was a huge disappointment!!!
The yellow bun, though toasted, was hard and dry to start with :(
Then I had to look for the beef patty sandwiched inside, which was way smaller than the bread!! Miserable; no, pathetic!
I mean, #WhereIsTheBeef when this was sold as a deluxe burger?
While the sauce made for some tasty bites, the overall value proposition is weak I must say.
Well, for sure not returning; as my wallet will be happier elsewhere where great burgers are served...
(Think the like of Carl's; but not the Shack people ha ha 😆)

This is how my "classic Jolliburger" look like! Unacceptable! Don't know they use hand or feet to prepare my food. Did they run out of veg and tomato? The bun taste like they've been left in the fridge for months and then forgot to warm it up. Worst outlet ever.

Ordered on grab. Should have read this outlet review before buying. Jolly spaghetti only had ONE single slice of sausage. This isn't jolly at all. This is a sad spaghetti and barely gave me any sauce.

Takeaway counter only. A bit cramp to order on the kiosk inside, I imagine if there was a queue there, I came early in the morning, there wasn't any queue. It was quick serve.
There is a TV on delivery platform, seem it would be busy with delivery riders at some times.
Spicy chicken is definitely spicier compared to other fast food chain that claim spicy chicken.

At first we wanted to dine in but we were shocked that it was a take out Jollibee stall, nonetheless it’s amazing for my family as we love Jollibee and have it nearby our area.
Everyone please take note that as of now there aren’t tables and chairs, so best to order for pick up.

A takeaway counter and always busy when I visit anchorvale village. The chicken wings (both spicy and normal) were yummy as usual and I was thankful that they acceded to my chicken parts request. Will definitely order and eat again.
