I recently visited bibimbap at Anchorvale village and ordered the chicken bibimbap. The photos on the menu showed ingredients like mushrooms and bean sprouts, but these were missing from my dish. When I approached the staff member in charge, he informed me that if customers do not specify their preferred ingredients, the restaurant will choose them for us, and once added, we cannot change them. This information was not communicated to me beforehand, and the menu did not provide an option to choose ingredients, except for the choice of protein (chicken $7, beef $7.5, salmon $8). Another customer who ordered right after me had the same issue and was also not informed about the ingredient selection process. It seemed the staff consistently chose the same ingredients for everyone, deliberately excluding others. It would be much better if they asked for our preferred ingredients or included this option on the menu. This experience was very disappointing.
