Ordered hor fun, bee hoon and mixed rice (tze char style) on a Tuesday evening. Had to pay through the Kopitiam app. Order was recorded as 3x bee hoon. What's more atrocious is the exorbitant dabao (takeaway) fee - $4.90 (refer to picture attached)! Mind you, it's 3 packets. Do you not do audit properly? It is your responsibility to make sure that the cost breakdown is clear at first glance to buyers. Yet, what the uncle did instead was to repeat "just look at the screen and pay the price". I would understand your annoyance if you had many customers waiting, but not only did you not have many customers, you also have several staff inside focusing on fulfilling the orders. I saw that there are other stores with the same name and they have good reviews on the staff's attitudes. Perhaps you should considering shifting those staff over to train the staff here on proper customer service etiquette and retrain them on how to correctly use the Point of Sale (POS) system for the sake of the customers as well as for audit. Well, if the staff in question here is the owner or manage, please go and take courses or shadow those in the other branches so that you can pick up these essential basic skills. At the end of the day, although the interaction between customer and staff is supposed to be short, it is still fundamental to have good customer service, at the least answer questions once and for all. Failure to disclose information is considered dishonesty and can be reported to the relevant authorities. The food is decent though! I appreciate the cooking staff for putting their heart into the food they cook :)

This is the only zi zhar stall which doesnt have any wok hey in all the dishes. The hor fun is not even fried at all...they simply splash the gravy onto the plain white kway teow....the 2 miserable prawn also half cooked....avoid this stall at all costs...the taste really cmi.....

The fish in the sweet and sour fish slices was hard to bite. The fish must have been fried for a long time.

Went on a weekend evening and it’s very crowded. Order from long ding since I saw so many people waiting and I will want to give it a try on the horfan. To my great disappointment, the horfan totally tasteless and no wok hey at all. Ingredients very limited that cost $6. Will not recommended to hor fan lovers.

Pork chop fried rice at S$8.80. Probably should have looked at reviews before giving this stall a try. The only ingredient in the fried rice is egg. Pork chop is as flat as prata. Went back to ask about the flat pork chop. Response was they flattened it and it is normal. The menu says "pork chop fried rice".

Fuiyoh, $12.80 for a steam fish in this economy? And mind you it is BIG! The true Super Value Meal. Fried rice is very mid though

This stall is located in a hawker centre on the 2nd floor of Anchorvale Village shopping centre, where the first floor is where the restaurants are located. It has >30 stalls and can fit 600 pax. Good ventilation given high ceilings, open layout and large High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans. Price is reasonable: Har Cheong Gai / Honey chicken mid joint wings 8pc $12 Triple Egg Chinese Spinach $12 Hei Zhor (Fried Prawn Paste rolls) $12, 18 Bittergourd Pork Ribs $13, 18 Sambal Seafood $16, 22 Nyonya/ Curry fish head $28 Claypot tofu $11.50, 17.30 Yam Ring $20 Horfun $5 Hokkien Mee $5 Pork Rib King/ Sweet & Sour Pork rice $6 San Lao Horfun $6.90 Food quality varies. That of individual rice/noodle dishes is poor, e.g. San lao horfun is simply gravvy poured over horfun; there's no wok-frying. Pork chop fried rice's pork chop is flattened until 3 mm thick, which unfortunately seems to be norm nowadays at all DTF-alike fried rice stalls. The normal zichar dishes are better, e.g. the whole steamed seabass for $12.80. Parking - There is a MSCP right inside Anchorvale Village. Kids playground is located on Level 4 and can be reached via stairs from level 3.
