Went on a weekend evening, and it was very crowded. I ordered from Long Ding since I saw so many people waiting and wanted to give their hor fun a try. To my great disappointment, the hor fun was totally tasteless and had no wok hey at all. The ingredients were very limited for a dish that cost $6. I would not recommend it to hor fun lovers.

Ordered hor fun, bee hoon, and mixed rice (tze char style) on a Tuesday evening. Had to pay through the Kopitiam app. The order was recorded as 3x bee hoon. What's more atrocious is the exorbitant dabao (takeaway) fee – $4.90 (see attached picture)! Mind you, it was for 3 packets. Do you not conduct audits properly? It is your responsibility to ensure the cost breakdown is clear at first glance to customers. Yet, the uncle simply repeated, "Just look at the screen and pay the price." I would understand your annoyance if you had many customers waiting, but you not only didn't have many customers, you also had several staff inside focusing on fulfilling orders.
I've noticed that other stores with the same name have good reviews regarding their staff's attitudes. Perhaps you should consider shifting staff from those locations over to train the staff here on proper customer service etiquette and retrain them on how to correctly use the Point of Sale (POS) system, for the sake of customers and for proper auditing. If the staff in question here is the owner or manager, please consider taking courses or shadowing staff in the other branches to pick up these essential basic skills.
At the end of the day, although the interaction between customer and staff is supposed to be short, it is still fundamental to have good customer service, at the least, to answer questions once and for all. Failure to disclose information is considered dishonesty and can be reported to the relevant authorities.
The food is decent, though. I appreciate the cooking staff for putting their heart into the food they cook.

This is the only zi zhar stall that doesn't have any wok hey in any of its dishes. The hor fun is not even fried at all. They simply splash the gravy onto the plain white kway teow. The two miserable prawns were also half-cooked. Avoid this stall at all costs. The taste really cmi.

Fuiyoh, $12.80 for a steamed fish in this economy? And mind you, it is BIG! The true Super Value Meal. The fried rice is very mid, though.

Alamak, white kway teow instead of the 'chow tar' kind. I already see one star dropping off 😂
And what's more, the rice noodles were fat and rather tasteless.
Luckily (?), there were some slices of tender pork and two small prawns.
(Good thing I had two pieces of vadai with green chilli to keep me happy 😁)
Well, at least my curiosity about this stall is now gone!

We have eaten here on a few occasions. Our favorite dish is fish head curry. Today, we ordered the claypot fish head as we've seen other customers order this. Still, the curry fish head is our recommendation.

A quality zichar stall, "hidden" in a corner of Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre. Service is brisk, and the food was piping hot and delicious. They now offer a value-for-money SG60 set meal, good enough for 5 pax!

Here's an edited version with minimal changes:
"The pork chop fried rice was S$8.80. I probably should have looked at reviews before giving this stall a try.
The only ingredient in the fried rice was egg. The pork chop was as flat as prata. I went back to ask about the flat pork chop. Their response was that they flattened it and it was normal. Yet, the menu clearly states "pork chop fried rice"."

This was my first time eating from this stall, due to a promotion I chanced upon while walking into the hawker centre.
$12.80 for a whole steamed seabass?!
I went and made my order, along with a bowl of rice. I waited for about 20 minutes for it to be cooked.
The fish tasted fresh and had no smell. The soy sauce was good, tasty, and not overly salty.
I finished it all. Superb!
I went back to ask when the promotion would end. The staff said it depends on the boss, but not so soon as they had just started.
