One of the most disgusting beef noodle in SG… so bloody starchy… I thought I was eating glue…

Beef tendon is super tender. Chilli is on point. Soup is tasty and delicious. I saw someone commented is bland. It’s not at all bland unless they eat very salty. Price: $6.30 after discount using fairprice app

Beef soup is too bland, or rather diluted, the beef is tender though. Claypot rice is better, chicken is quite tender, there is charred but not overly burnt rice, however the dark soy sauce lacks favor. Another good thing about this stall there could be a queue but it move fast as well.

Mixed beef noodle has the correct flavor but tastes too light. The soup is clear and not thick enough so overall tastes quite bland. They were generous though, gave quite a lot of meat. Hope they will improve the soup

Donkey and I explored Anchorview Village and decided to dine at the hawker stall on the second floor, where we stumbled upon Hainan Beef Noodle & Claypot Rice. Our order consisted of curry chicken with one rice and a serving of claypot chicken. Regrettably, the claypot rice failed to impress us. The rice lacked flavor and taste, even with the addition of extra dark soy sauce we have added. Furthermore, the claypot chicken, was tender but overly salty, and the absence of the coveted charred rice at the bottom was disappointing. This encounter marked a subpar experience with claypot rice, falling short of our expectations. Conversely, the curry chicken showcased rich flavors and tender, well-prepared chicken pieces. However, the undercooked potatoes in the curry detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. Our recommendation stands against this stall for enthusiasts of claypot rice. Upon reflection, I am awarding it 3 stars, primarily due to the unmet expectations surrounding the claypot chicken dish, especially considering its status as a signature offering.
