I've tried it a couple of times. I asked for extra sprouts. Beef is tender. Again, I'm allergic to MSG. I can't taste it. It's a stall I will frequent!

Perfectly cooked beef slices, tender meat balls, tasty soup, delicious gravy. I was not expecting to be this impressed.

Here's the lightly edited review: "Tried the beef noodle dry set with meatballs. The beef is tender. The soup version is a bit bland."

My first time visiting this hawker centre, I tried the Hainanese beef noodle. Overall, the standard was so-so. The cut of meat wasn't good; it was mostly small bits and pieces (roughly half a thumb in size), with only a few better-cut ones. The added tendons weren't chewy but too mushy. The sauce and chilli were acceptable. Friendly servers and nice people, but unfortunately, I won't be going a second time.

Beef tendon is super tender. Chilli is on point. Soup is tasty and delicious. I saw someone commented that it was bland. It’s not bland at all, unless they prefer very salty food. Price: $6.30 after discount using the FairPrice app.

Donkey and I explored Anchorview Village and decided to dine at a hawker stall on the second floor, where we stumbled upon Hainan Beef Noodle & Claypot Rice. Our order consisted of curry chicken with rice and a serving of claypot rice. Regrettably, the claypot rice failed to impress us. The rice lacked flavor, even with the extra dark soy sauce we added. Furthermore, the claypot chicken was tender but overly salty, and the absence of the coveted charred rice at the bottom was disappointing. This encounter marked a subpar experience with claypot rice, falling short of our expectations. Conversely, the curry chicken showcased rich flavors and tender, well-prepared chicken pieces. However, the undercooked potatoes in the curry detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. We would not recommend this stall for claypot rice enthusiasts. Upon reflection, I am awarding it 3 stars, primarily due to the unmet expectations regarding the claypot rice, especially considering its status as a signature offering.

I rarely eat beef noodles, so I cannot say much about them. But my hubby and I like the chicken ee mian a lot! The chicken meat is generous (mostly boneless) and tender. I like that it’s not too heavy in flavor. It might be a bit bland for others, but it's perfect for me, so I can finish the whole meal without feeling like I over-ate. It tastes healthier, like a home-cooked meal. The chili is good too!

The mixed beef noodle has the right flavor but tastes too light. The soup is clear and not thick enough, so it tastes quite bland overall. They were generous, though, giving quite a lot of meat. I hope they will improve the soup.

Here's the edited review: The beef soup is too bland, or rather diluted. The beef is tender, though. Claypot rice is better. The chicken is quite tender, and it has charred but not overly burnt rice. However, the dark soy sauce lacks flavor. Another good thing about this stall is that there could be a queue, but it moves fast.
