I was surprised to find juicy chicken breast. I tried both roast and steamed chicken. Both are equally good. Chili is spicy and goes well with the chicken.

Ordered 58 packets of chicken rice for a CCA event. Delivery was on the dot. Requests were all fulfilled accurately, i.e., all boneless, as they were for students. It was very considerate of them to text to confirm and to even pack the cucumbers and sauce separately. Students and volunteers gave positive feedback and requested a repeat order.

Went before lunch time. No queue. The stall was full of whole chickens. I ordered white chicken drumstick rice. They told me they didn't have it, and only roasted drumsticks were available. I didn't order from them. Maybe they were keeping it for later orders. The problem is, why wasn't it available when I ordered? There were so many chickens in the stall.

Was it a good plate of chicken rice? No. Was it decent? I guess it’s quite average, as nothing really stands out to me. The roasted chicken wasn’t too bad, but I think the rice lacked the usual fragrance typical of chicken rice. Chicken portions were small as well. Chili was okay, it was a bit on the spicier side. The service staff tends to get orders mixed up, and you'll need to repeat them a few times. This could be due to the noise at the hawker centre, though.

I ordered roast chicken rice with egg and extra meat. They forgot to give me the egg, and the meat was completely devoid of skin. When people eat roast chicken, the skin is important. No quality control whatsoever. I had to make a second trip down to the store to get my missing egg. This is the second time this has happened to me, so I am annoyed.

Today, I brought a container to see if I could take away the soup from the chicken rice stall. The aunty was kind enough to give me an extra plastic bag to put the soup container in, as it was very hot. The service was awesome. The chicken rice and soup tasted good. The vegetables were kailan, not choi xin, which was great. This is definitely my favorite chicken rice in Sengkang.

As other reviews have mentioned, the food is nice, but the uncle who takes orders has a very bad attitude. He may purposely get your order wrong and give you a lecture about the Chinese language if you’re not a Chinese speaker. I ordered steamed chicken thigh, but the lady initially gave me roasted chicken, and I had to clarify it with her. She then told the uncle that I ordered steamed chicken, not roasted chicken, but he didn’t say anything. Eventually, I got my steamed chicken, but it wasn't the thigh part as I ordered and paid for. Very bad service.

This stall is located in a hawker centre on the 2nd floor of Anchorvale Village shopping centre, with restaurants located on the first floor. It has over 30 stalls and seats 600 people. Good ventilation, thanks to high ceilings, an open layout, and large High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans. Price is reasonable (only 50 cents for extra rice) and food quality is okay: * Chicken Thigh Rice: $4.50 * Half/Whole Chicken: $15/$30 * Egg: $0.80 * Additional Rice: $0.50 Customer service is questionable though. Parking: There is an MSCP located within Anchorvale Village. A Kids' playground is located on Level 4 and can be reached via stairs from Level 3.

Decided to give this stall a try after seeing a long queue. Both the roasted chicken and white chicken were very average. The chicken came with very little skin on it. The boiled vegetables, served with soy sauce and garlic oil, were nice. The chili sauce was okay, but the ginger sauce had run out and was not refilled. When I asked for it, I was given a packet meant for takeaway. The price was acceptable, but the service was unfriendly. I won't be back.

Terrible stall. For takeaway orders, make sure you check, recheck, and triple-check your order! We ordered two packs of large white CHICKEN BREAST and received chicken parts that looked like leftover pieces, full of bones and blood. This is inedible, and we almost puked at the sight of it when we got home. The parts were most likely unpopular with customers, and we drew the short end of the stick. When I ordered, I clearly saw a half-white chicken hanging on the display, but we received this instead. The one taking the order was the short-haired Vietnamese lady, and she tended to mess up the order. Be careful if you're ordering, and she's the one taking your order! Check before leaving!! We had to go out again to buy other food; what a waste of money.
