Super crowded on a weekend. The shop has 3 staffs but seems to be overloaded when they mixed up customers’ order. I just paid and sat down and was immediately served a waffle with ice cream with a wrong order. Another customer opposite came over and informed the staff but the next table family was shouting that they came first and ordered but was served nothing. Our orders took more than 20 mins to serve. The waffles was nicely cooked crispy on the outside and cookie and cream is sweetness is just nice but theres no wow factor. The shop was very warm, crowded yet is quite badly ventilated.

I had recently at the newly opened Anchovale Village. While exploring the area, I stumbled upon an ice cream shop called Better Scoop. With no long lines in sight, I decided to step in and give their ice cream a try. I opted for their classic waffle with two scoops of ice cream - the dark chocolate and lychee raspberry flavors. The waffle was perfectly soft on the inside, just the way I like it, and the ice cream was delightful. I have a preference for not overly sweet treats, and their ice cream hit the spot for me. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and can't wait to go back for more.

Waffle $6ish, double scoop $9.50 for some premium flavour. Honestly for $9.50 spent on just the ice cream, I think it is reasonable to expect the scoops to be compact or at the very least not with hollow centres in this manner?? The scoops are not even huge to begin with. Felt so disappointed. Never had such an experience at the serangoon branch. Won’t be patronising this branch again for sure 🥲 Outlet is also very warm especially when it’s crowded. They are trying tho as there were additional fans and portable coolers placed inside. Waffles are decent. Ice cream flavours are interesting.

The waffles and ice cream were great. Had the chocolate and cookies and cream. Already been a couple of times and still not disappointed.

Quaint little shop at Anchorvale village. We dino it existed. Went in to try. Atmosphere is ok. But can’t try the ice cream. Unfortunately the taste wasn’t really nice. The Baileys didn’t taste like baileys but vanilla essence with alcohol. The cookies and cream also din taste like cookies n cream. 🫨 Really couldn’t continue eating it.
