Ordered chicken chop. Chicken was a bit sour. Coleslaw has already gone bad. Very sour and rotten smelling. 2nd time this has happened. Fries were mostly rock hard. Rather cross the road and get McDonalds

This is the second time I have experienced bad quality of food and service at this particular stall.Chicken still undercook and pink and the carbonara is totally tasteless.Front counter was rushing for payment.I have been dining soldier chicken for as long as I could remember,so far hougang and serangoon outlet has been holding their quality of food and service but Anchorvale village….yall gotta buck up man…

You won’t be disappointed, if you come with zero expectation! Despite the poor ratings , business is booming. Main issue is that they can’t handle the orders. Left my food at the counter and didn’t bother to inform/sound my buzzer. In the end. I got my food cold.

Finally get to trying this stall's food. ✨ Chicken Cutlet The breadcrumb quite fragrant sia and goes well with the tangy lemon sauce. Sizable portion also, esp at this price point after discount. Bun and fries pretty standard. Overall, quite nice and will certainly be back for more. ✨ Fish & Chips (2nd visit) Not sure what fish they use but it is not dory. Personally dun exactly like tat fish taste but parents will probably love it. Portion very worth it similar to the previous visit. Cannot stop thinking of their chicken cutlet 🤩🤩🤩.

Chicken was a bit burnt, which impacted the overall flavour. Best thing about the chicken chop meal was the bread they gave as a side.

I reached the stall with just a couple of orders before me. They took 20 minutes to prepare the takeaway food. It took me 30 minutes to get my chicken cutlet. There were no customers at 5:50 PM. I noticed one chef and two counter staff.

Requested a non-spicy aglio olio, the cashier acknowledged, but when it arrived, it was spicy.

After collecting the food, my kids ate a couple of bites. I then realised I had forgotten to get chilli sauce. I went back to the stall and was just randomly commenting to the staff that the first piece my kids ate was quite dry, and that my kids might not like it. I said, "It's okay, I'll just eat the dry piece instead," and went back to my table. Uncle walked around the hawker centre to look for us. When he found us, he gave us a box of complimentary nuggets and an additional piece of chicken. It was a surprise. He went the extra mile to ensure my kids were happy. My kids said, "Best Nuggets ever!" It was definitely Uncle's kindness that made our lunch and weekend better!
