Ate with glass noodles and clear soup. The various ingredients and soup were all tasty. Sauce also good. The fried items were fried again separately, which I appreciated. What could be better is the variety, it seems to be on the smaller scale side in terms of variety, but still acceptable.

A very hearty bowl of YTF. Ingredients were fresh mostly, except the stingily cut pieces of cured cuttlefish(which I didn't select) . Fried items would be refried prior to serving. Broth is flavourful. Ordering and serving is systematic.

Affordable and generous portions of Vege compared to some yong tau foo stalls I visited elsewhere. Decent and healthy meal.

This stall is located in a hawker centre on the 2nd floor of Anchorvale Village shopping centre, where the first floor is where the restaurants are located. It has >30 stalls and can fit 600 pax. Good ventilation given high ceilings, open layout and large High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans. Queue can be long. There are actually 2 queues: 1 for choosing food, 1 for collecting food. Price is reasonable: 5pc YTF w noodles ($4.80) Food quality and portion (at least for veg) is above average. They refry fried items before serving. Parking - There is a MSCP right inside Anchorvale Village. Kids playground is located on Level 4 and can be reached via stairs from level 3.

The yong Tau foo with the mala soup, but the soup was like water and lacked taste. Will not eat again.

More choices of fried items would be better. Please provide more sauce for packed food, as the sauce gets dried up during the 10-minute walk home.
