Me and my family came in late around closing time, and had 5 members that wanted testing, choosing of specs which took more time. The worker was patient and willing to explain to us kindly. Appreciate his customer service

I visited the outlet last week to make a pair of specs. Was impressed with the friendly service there. Simon who gave me an eye test was very approachable and very helpful to my queries. My family of five walked in when it was nearing their closing. They did not turn us away, instead he took his time to review our eyesights and waited for us to choose or desired colours and design for our spectacles. They are patient and offer good service. Thank you for the time spent.
