Usually just come for drinks, first time trying breakfast here..taste so good..the staff also allow me to change to scramble egg

The place is not crowded during breakfast time. It is neat and tidy. Ordered promo breakfast set for 2 at $10. The hot Spanish Latte was good. I was told that there is no tomatoes for the bagel and am fine with it. The bagel is tasty with the melted cheese but it was a little hard to chew. Not easy to slice it up. The omelette tasted fine. The given cubed fruits were quite little.

great place to come and study and the staff that served us i forgot her name but it started with a k was SOOOOO nice like super nice and helpful and so sweet 10/10 and drink was yk as aespected very nice as well i love this outlet q empty great to study and service is wonderful amazing beautiful rlly made my day😜 tysm xoxoxoxo

The place is spacious and neat. Pravin works with passion here. He displays the food showing great satisfaction with his creativity and serves every customer with laughter. Very seldom an employee feels proud of what he is doing. Great job Pravin! I don't stay around here but I hope to see you soon again. Your colleague is very lucky with you around coz you show your leadership teaching him with good attitude. Good job!

the counter woman ask me to leave aft 2 hr saying normal dining limit is 1 hr . didn't heard of that rule or see that rule anywhere when the place is not that occupied with customers

I gave 5 stars for this review as it somehow made my day more memorable. I walked up to the counter to order my usual Salted Caramel Macchiato with soy milk. However i was quite surprised when one of the staff actually told me it will come in a very small espresso cup. I kept saying that i wanted to order a macchiato and not an espresso macchiato but she kept insisting they only serve one type of macchiato and it's in a small cup. Somehow maybe the manager overheard our debates and came out to resolve it. I kept telling them i recently just went to Coffee Bean Compass One to get my usual drink and they always get it right. I emphasized that normal macchiato despite whatever flavour it is, comes in a normal plastic cup. Initially i had to reveal that i was once a manager in charge of 3 outlets at Coffee Bean few years back and i know this company will never change its SOPs especially when it comes to drinks orders. To keep it short, both of the staff and manager kept apologizing and laughing at the same time due to their new employee's reaction.😂😂😂😂 Nevertheless this made my day and both of them keep their cool when handling customers. As expected from one of the leading brands in coffee industry. PS : so if you guys want to have a good laugh that will brighten your day, just head down to this outlet because it certainly made me day despite me feeling slightly unwell due to the weather.. Thank you Liris & Umira for an exceptional customer service. I hope the company will give you some merits for your contributions.

Another place to chill in SengKang West or Anchorvale Village. There is not much place to hang out and will need to travel to the nearest mall which are at least 2-3 stations away. But now, it’s about walking distance! More exciting is with sheltered! Looking forward to chill in the store very soon.
