Tried the wanton noodles, the noodles are nicely cooked till al denta, the roasted pork was nicely cooked with charred and portion was great too. The only downside is the wanton which was filled fully with meat, more like siew mai which not to my liking. Overall still a great plate of noodles worth eating.

One of the better char siew and roast pork stall ive ever eaten. The soup they provide for every dish u ordered is really top. U can refill the soup and theres alot of pork ribs inside. All u can eat. Def worth it

Roasted duck that is really good in Sengkang neighbourhood. The duck meat was tender without being dry at all. It’s properly seasoned and cooked, so there’s no gaminess to the meat. The skin was crispy, it was delightful to eat. The sauce just ties in the whole dish together. It was neither too sweet but yet has a nice savouriness to it.

This stall is located in a hawker centre on the 2nd floor of Anchorvale Village shopping centre, where the first floor is where the restaurants are located. It has >30 stalls and can fit 600 pax. Good ventilation given high ceilings, open layout and large High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans. 21 items on menu, ranging from roast duck, braised chicken, honey baby pork ribs, charsiew (normal and crystal), and even chicken feet. Price is reasonable and food quality is ok. Noodle is the thick type. Self-service pepper pig organ soup 2-meat noodles $5 @@ Parking - There is a MSCP right inside Anchorvale Village. Kids playground is located on Level 4 and can be reached via stairs from level 3.

There is no communication between the person taking the order and the person cooking the noodles. I ordered two packets of char siew wanton noodles for my children and I specifically mentioned three times no chilli as they were for children. The uncle who took my order did not even pass my specific order to the lady cooking the noodles. I even added two eggs to my order which were also forgotten untill I checked with the lady why no eggs were added. I went home and children told me that the noodles were spicy. If u ever visit this stall, do eye-ball your order and make sure that they follow through. Once bitten twice shy, I would never visit this stall again.

Here's the edited review: Soya braised chicken noodles suit me perfectly. It's not your usual kind with a lot of sauce and lard bits. It tastes lighter, and the chicken was tender. I love the free soup that comes with every main; it's carrot and radish soup, boiled with pork bones. The portion might be a bit small for some people, but it was just right for me! At $4 (before KPT discount), it's good value for money!

I bought from here because I saw a long queue. It’s not the best stall. Some meat is tough and cold. It’s an average taste.

Recommend the wanton mee. Their free soup (varies daily) is good-tasting too.

Ordered the char siew wanton mee dry ($4) for takeaway. Service was alright, and I received my food fast. The meal was average. Pros: The wantons (3 of them) and vegetables tasted fine. The meal was quite cheap, but it wasn't very filling. Cons: The noodles are the thin type, but they're not very springy. The sauce that soaks the noodles didn't taste good to me; I'm not sure what sauce it was, but it tasted like soy sauce. The char siew was mostly thick and tasted average too; I personally prefer thinly sliced char siew. So, is the food worth it? Even for the cheap price, for me personally, probably not, but others can try it and judge for themselves. 💬
