Avoid this stall. They are super dishonest and use tricks to overcharge you. They charged me $5.50 for curry chicken, brinjal, and one piece of omelette, even though the menu states 2 vegetables and 1 meat is $3.50. If you notice, they purposely cook their curry chicken with only drumsticks and thighs, so they can charge you more if you question them. They also mix a small amount of minced meat into cheap tofu and bean dishes and will charge you meat price for them. They will blame you for not asking them before ordering. For curry chicken, other cai png stalls usually cut up thighs and drumsticks into small pieces and charge the normal meat price. Here, however, they charge you drumstick price. I made the fella put back the overpriced food and wanted him to tell me what the normal vegetable and meat prices are! C'mon, I've ordered this same combination at many cai png stalls, and they don't overcharge like this stall does.

I was charged $4.60 for one meat and one veg. The meat alone cost $3? On the sign, it says one meat and one veg is only around $2. The meat is not even a premium dish. This is damn disgusting and dishonest. I will never visit this store again.

Dishonest shop. I ordered three vegetable dishes (very obviously vegetables such as cabbage, kang kong, and tomato egg), but they charged me for two meat dishes and one vegetable dish. When I asked the lady, she said that because I didn't tell her when ordering at the start, and because the vegetable portions were large, she charged the meat price. When I told her I would like to change my order to meat dishes in that case, she got angry and said that she wanted to charge me the à la carte price. She then tried to guilt-trip me by saying that using the FairPrice app already entitled me to a further discount. This is a really dishonest shop, and I hope that Kopitiam will look into their unfair business practices.

Same as others, I would give 0 stars if possible. They overcharged for preserved vegetables at the same price as black sauce pork. In addition, they added $1 twice upon checkout, which can be seen in the picture. When asked about it, they just shook their head with a disgusted look. Please do support other stalls. Your hard-earned money will be better spent there.

The food was so-so, but they purposely charged dishonestly. The price was different from the price list. Other bad reviews are true. I didn't know "Ka-khi-nang" meant "to charge more."

Honestly, very, very disappointing. The board said two meats were $3, but I got charged $5.10. And I saw at the counter it was written that I ordered extra veggies, but there weren't any on my plate! It's disgusting how they overcharge blatantly. When I asked about it, she said one of the meats was $3.10, which is completely unbelievable. Never, ever go to this outlet; this is the worst place you can get caifan. The food itself was really bad too. You can definitely find a lot of better places.

Dated review from a visit some months back. This is a dishonest and uneconomical stall where what you order doesn't correspond with the prices on the menu. Kopitiam management, please look into this and ensure that prices are transparent and implement colour coding for the dishes!

As many have commented, the cashier lady was dishonest and overcharged us by using a confusing pricing menu. We reported them to the headquarters last year, and they confirmed that the charges were incorrect. I will never patronise this stall again.

Dishonest stall and staff. No matter what you selected, they will overcharge you. Please think twice before planning to order their so-called "economy rice." They advertised 2 vege + 1 meat for $3.50, but for my 2 vege + 1 meat, they charged $5.80. They told me, "Oh, the meat is $3.00."

This stall is located in a hawker centre on the 2nd floor of Anchorvale Village shopping centre. The first floor is where the restaurants are located. It has more than 30 stalls and can fit 600 people. Good ventilation is provided by high ceilings, an open layout, and large High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans. Customer service is bad. Signboard prices do not correspond to what they actually charge you. Vegetables can be charged as meat, and they'll only let you know after they've placed the vegetables onto your plate. Parking: There is an MSCP right inside Anchorvale Village. A kids' playground is located on Level 4 and can be reached via stairs from Level 3.
