Kind of similar vibes to Northshore Plaza in Punggol, Sengkang Grand Mall in Buangkok, but also pales in comparison in terms of variety in my opinion. Overall, place is kept clean, organized, with sufficient seating capacity. You can get 10% off if you are paying via NTUC app too, some stalls do not take paylah/paynow so prepare some cash in case.
You can't escape Original Simon Road Hokkien Mee too right at the entrance; it's almost always fully sold out everyday and they close for business rather early. Definitely worth the calories and long queue.
Ah Tan Chicken Wings beats Eng Kee hands down for me, a stall particularly known for its har cheong gai AKA prawn paste chicken. Very crispy, super fresh, and goes superbly well with the special chili sauce on the side. I ordered the Prawn Paste Wings ($2.20) a la carte, which gets you one wing and one drumlet, but most will order the chicken with rice and egg in the Wing Wing Set ($6). Delicious!
Munchi pancakes is not bad. They are a well-known local brand which carries min jiang kueh, aka the Singapore version of a pancake. Come with many flavours and interesting combinations - Thai milk tea, shredded coconut, red bean paste, Strawberry Cheese etc. Waiting time is about 20 - 25mins at peak hours.
The scrambled eggs with fluffy rice stall to me is overhyped; nothing too special and food is really oily although it tastes good at the first few bites.
From Sengkang MRT station, you may board the LRT (West Loop) to Farmway. Head to Exit B and you’ll arrive at Anchorvale Village. This hawker centre is on the second floor; open daily from 6.30am to 10pm but some stalls may close at various times too throughout the day. Carpark is rather small with limited lots too but at least each lot is spacious with sufficient turning radius.

Kopi kiosk, teh sia so bad no standard. Eggs so cold, coffee burned, bread so thin. No discount even using ntuc app. Rude staff says show ntuc member card first. LSLY. Not revommended better go other stall. Other customers say, if got zero star sure give them 0 star. Service so slow like snail working.

Honestly this is a decent hawker centre with rather good variety, amount of seats, and ventilation.
HOWEVER, there are some stalls and bad sheep here that either (1) reject selling you the budget meal or try to increase the price by saying the rice is not included or (2) hiding the budget meal option on the menu by covering it with bowls and cutleries.
I understand that this budget meal option is not a great deal for the hawkers as part of the contract with Kopitiam, however, both parties are at fault for either not abiding to the contract or not making the contract a viable one to be adhered to.
Nonetheless, Kopitiam management can you please wake up and check on these stalls and their menus (which are being obfuscated). I feel like I as a customer, am doing your job??? It doesn't take a lot to notice such shenanigans going on.

Some times can be quite pack. But place is cooling as there are big fan all around the hawker centre. Quite a good choices of food selections. Food service by most still looks quite good.

I recently bought a cup of milk tea in your store, but this consumption experience is extremely bad. The taste of the drink is hard to swallow, the tea taste is as light as white water, and the milk flavour can hardly be felt. The overall taste is very cheap, which does not meet the quality standards of your brand at all.
As a consumer, I am very disappointed and angry about the quality of your milk tea. I paid for drinks, not this kind of "unflavoured" low-quality drink. Such products not only affect the brand image, but also disrespect consumers.
Please find out the situation as soon as possible and give me a reasonable explanation and how to deal with it. If it can't be solved properly, I will consider reporting the relevant situation to the consumer association.

Good variety of local food in this new hawker centre! Have been here many times for breakfast and dinner! The high ceiling with huge ceiling fans make the place more “airy” during hot weather! One of our favourite hawker centre now.

Well, is the newest hawker centre in town!
Lots of choice!
Spacious and clean!
Had my dinner already, so I bought some fritters as snacks.
Thai style banana is tasty and crunchy, just that abit sweet and oily…
Queue was long and need to wait for your order.
Overall experience is good and I’ll definitely coming back again to taste more of the food here!

This hawker food centre has one of the widest variety of food. The mixed of food available is also very good. There are also 2 drink stalls for you to choose from. Some of the food stalls are unique to this place which some are from the food chains. The place is well ventilated with many big fans in operation. The main set back here is the parking. In basement one, parking is for season ticket holders on Sundays and very limited parking at basement two. Will only visit this place on weekdays in the future.
